The first step in Buying a property is getting Pre-Approved by a Mortgage Broker or financial institution,  so you know exactly what price range you can comfortably afford. Once this is done, then starting to view properties until the right one is in sight is the next step. Of course there are many other important decisions to make which we will help you through, step by step.
